Sorry about the delay, midterms were dragging me down.
Please comment and let me know what you think of the chapter and the picture. I really want to know how well Undertaker as a demon is received. Just so you know the Undertaker is the guy with the hat in the picture and the other guy is his younger half brother Kane.
Just a note The Undertaker is essentially the Sesshoumaru of the WWE. Cold, calculating, intense and extremely powerful.

Rin let out a little squeal of surprise when a beam bright light appeared in the middle of the forest not five feet away. Sesshoumaru stood stoically next to her, watching the beam of light slowly fade. The rest of Seshoumaru's group, made up of Jaken, his retainer; Kohaku, Naraku's former servant and brother of Sango, who was kept alive only by a single jewel shard; and Ah-Un Sesshoumaru's noble steed, waited while Rin and Sesshoumaru went off to investigate.
"What could it be, Sesshoumaru-sama?" Rin followed closely behind the Lord of the West.
"I don't know," Sesshoumaru answered in his usual cold manner. "The light is similar to that when Tenseiga shielded me."
Sesshoumaru pulled aside some bushes to peer into the clearing made by the beam of light. A man was lying in the middle of it, seemingly unconscious and fairly banged up from whatever had happened to him.
Rin peeked around Sesshoumaru's leg and caught sight of the comatose man as well. Without a word she ran over and knelt beside the prone form.
"Sesshomaru-sama!! Come're! Sesshomaru-sama!" Rin called excitedly.
"Rin. Do you know this human?" Sesshouamru quirked an eyebrow as he approached.
"Yes," Rin beamed at her lord. "He saved Rin-chan from Naraku before, when we were near Inuyasha-san's village."
Sesshoumaru nodded. "So this is the "Jeff-sama" you were talking about?"
Rin nodded vigorously at Sesshoumaru, before turning back to Jeff, who was still completely out cold. "What's wrong with him, Sesshaomru-sama?"
Sesshoumaru glared down at Jeff, his sensitive nose taking in all the scents that would tell the tale of what had happened to the young human. The most overpowering scent was that of bone marrow, indicating a lot of the young man's bones had been broken. This in turn caused Sesshoumaru to wonder how the boy could still be alive, with his body almost entirely broken.
Sesshoumaru's eyes widened when he picked up on a scent that made the hairs on the back of his neck prickle. The residual scent of the Windscar still hung faintly in the air.
"It seems he was hit with the Windscar," Sesshoumaru said gravely. "Any other human would have been decimated by it, but this one lives...interesting."
'Is he going to be okay, Sesshoumaru-sama?" Rin looked up at the Lord of the West, concern for the man written on her face.
"As long as whatever is keeping him alive and held together remains in him, he should." Sesshoumaru nodded.
Relief washed over Rin's face and she smiled. "I'm glad. Can he stay with us too?
"He most certainly can not!" Jaken came through the bushes to stand next to Sesshoumaru. "As if Sesshomaru-sama would have humans in his entourage! Bad enough he's got-“ Jaken's speech was interrupted by a squawk when Sesshoumaru gave him a swift kick in the back.
"He saved Rin's life," Sesshoumaru said sternly. "Also I want to find out what helped him survive the Windscar."
Kohaku entered the clearing as well and looked down at Jeff. "I wonder if he is a dead being supported by a jewel shard...."
"No, his heart still beats and he does not have the stench of death about him," Sesshoumaru stated, then frowned. "However, a jewel shard may be the force keeping him alive, and intact. His body is broken."
Sesshoumaru turned to Jaken, who cowered a little under the stern gaze. "Jaken, Kohaku, get him on to Ah-Un, we will take him back to the nearest village and be done with him.
"He can't stay with us?" Rin said disappointedly. "What if Inuyasha-san tries to hurt him again?"
Sesshoumaru turned his gaze back to Rin. "I'll deal with my brother when the time comes"
Rin nodded and went to help Kohaku and Jaken sling Jeff over Ah-Un's back, before leading the two headed dragon back to the main trail.

Matt Hardy stood frozen, gazing at the gradually dissipating dust cloud where his little brother had once been standing. Finally, his brain broke out of its shocked stupor, and he called out to the empty space.
"JEFF!"
Matt looked frantically around the empty space where his little brother had once been standing, even though he knew Jeff was gone.
"You killed my brother you son of bitch!" Matt turned on Inuyasha, and made to attack him as well, but was held back by Batista.
"You'd better start explaining," Batista growled, glaring at Inuyasha. "Or I'm going to let him go."
"He insulted my mother!" Inuyasha snarled, his eyes still glowing red, and the Tessaiga still glowing bright, ready for another round.
"You insulted ours first!" Matt shouted back, struggling to get free of Batista's grasp. "
Inuyasha growled and his youki grew brighter. "Shut up! Or you're going to meet the same fate as your brother!"
"Osuwari!" Kagome screamed at the top of her lungs, intending to put a stop to the fight, or at least get a short reprieve.
Inuyasha went crashing to the ground, his sword flying from his hand. The sudden action even managed to startle Matt out of his rage for a brief moment.
"Something's not quite right here." Miroku murmured looking at the spot where Jeff had been standing. "There's no trace of anything, even the Windscar wouldn't have completely incinerated him, there would have been something left. It's more as if he just disappeared."
"Hey, remember when Inuyasha used to the Windscar on Sesshoumaru?" Sango said. "Tenseiga spirited him away on a beam of light and protected him."
"So, you're saying maybe the jewel shard in Jeff's body did the same thing for him?" Miroku raised an eyebrow.
"You're saying Jeff is still alive?" Matt stopped his struggling and stared at Sango and Miroku, wanting to believe them with all his heart.
"Possibly." Miroku stated. "If the shard was powerful enough to shield him from the Wind scar."
"Um...I know I'm kind of the outsider here," Batista began, finally letting go of Matt. "But it seems to me that if there's a possibility that this guy's brother is still alive out there we should go find him.'
"Batista-san is right," Sango nodded firmly at the giant hanyou. "But where do we start looking?"
"I could try sensing out his shard," Kagome spoke up, and then looked down at Inuyasha who was just starting to get to his feet. "And I'm sure Inuyasha can sniff him out."
Inuyasha, opened his mouth to protest, but remembered that Kagome would probably "Osuwari" him if he didn't help out and he was not eager to eat dirt again so soon.
"Fine..." the dog demon grumbled.

Jeff groaned as he opened his eyes. He was shocked to discover that he was hanging upside down. He raised his hands to whatever he was lying on and lifted his head and upper body to see what was happening. He seemed to be slung over the saddle of some sort of pack animal, and when he turned his head he came eye to eye with the little girl he had met before...
"Jeff-sama! You're awake!" Rin announced with a giggle.
"What the--?" Jeff struggled to lift himself up on to the saddle, but the shock and disorientation threw off his balance and he ended up falling on to the ground below. The disturbance caused Ah-Un and everyone else in the traveling party to stop.
"Jeff-sama!" Rin ran around Ah-Un and looked sideways at the disheveled Jeff. "Are you okay?"
"I'm...not sure." Jeff rubbed the side of his head.
Rin peered intently at him. "No...? Sesshoumaru-sama! Jeff-sama's awake, but he's not sure if he's okay!"
"What's wrong with you?" Sesshoumaru glared down at Jeff.
"I don't know...All I do know, is I feel like shii..." Jeff stopped himself from releasing the swear word when he remembered innocent little Rin was standing there. "I don't feel so good."
"Not surprising; you should not even be alive right now,” Sesshoumaru stated coldly. "Without the jewel shard you wouldn not be."
Jeff frowned and eyed Sesshoumaru apprehensively. "How do you know about my shard? Are you one of Naraku's friends? Or Inuyasha's?"
"He's Inuyasha's big brother!" Rin chirped happily.
"He is?" Jeff stiffened.
"I knew about your jewel shard by simple deduction," Sesshoumaru said. "You have the look of being attacked by Inuyasha's Windscar, Any normal human being would have been decimated by it.”"
"You mean... I'm dead?" Jeff paled.
"Not exactly. Your body is broken. I can smell the marrow from your broken bones, and the scent is heavy. The Jewel shard is keeping you intact,” Sesshoumaru said as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. "If your shard was removed at this moment you would literally collapse in on yourself. Your broken skeleton would puncture your organs, and you would be dead in a matter of seconds"
Jeff stared at Sesshoumaru in complete shock, before he blinked and stared down at the ground, looking as if he might be sick.
"You jewel is still in your body so you should be held together while you heal," Sesshoumaru offered some cold comfort, hoping to prevent Jeff from vomiting all over the place.
"Okay..." Jeff nodded slowly. "Do you think we can sit here and rest awhile?"
Jaken snorted. "So like a weak human...."
Jeff jumped at the sudden appearance of the toad imp. "What the hell are you?"
Jaken puffed himself up proudly. "I'm Lord Sesshoumaru's personal retainer and companion."
"Yeah?" Jeff said absently
"Yes!" Rin answered for Jaken with a giggle, then pushed Kohaku forward. "And this is Kohaku!"
"We're wasting time." Sesshoumaru growled, heading back to the main trail with Ah-un in tow. “This is not a safe place for either Kohaku's shard or.... whatever your name is."
"Jeff..." the young Hardy said, getting up and following everyone else."Jeff Hardy..."
"Get on Ah-Un he will carry you." Sesshoumaru pointed to the two-headed dragon.
Jeff Hardy felt his stomach turn over at the thought of the bumpy ride on the dragon's back. "Thanks, but...I'd rather not...”
"You would prefer to walk?" Sesshoumaru raised an eyebrow.
"Yeah..." Jeff nodded.
"Then do so." Without another word Sesshoumaru continued walking down the path followed closely by Ah-Un and Jaken.
"Come, Jeff-sama!" Rin said cheerfully, taking his hand and leading him along.
Despite everything Jeff couldn't keep himself from smiling at the bright eyed girl leading him along the path. "Where are we going Rin?"
"Taking you to Inuyasha's village since that's who we saw you with last," Rin answered smiling back at him.
"Oh..." The smile quickly faded from Jeff's face and he swallowed hard. He was not looking forward to going anywhere near Inuyasha, after the half-demon had tried to kill him with the Windscar. On the other hand Matt was still there. Jeff's fears for his brother being in the hands of Inuyasha quickly overpowered his fears for himself. "My brother is there..."
"You have a brother?" Sesshoumaru asked, not looking at Jeff.
"Yeah..." Jeff started slowly, but his voice got more urgent and worried as he spoke. "He also has a shard and I'm kind of worried about leaving him behind in Inuyasha's village, so I guess it's good we're heading back. Naraku said Inuyasha wanted to kill us for our shards."
"Who told you this?" Sesshoumaru asked, still not looking around.
"Weren't you listening?" Jeff snapped out of both frustration at the situation and fear for Matt. "I said Naraku told me Inuyasha wanted to kill us for our shards. He has a habit of killing anyone with a shard, including loved ones. God knows what he'll do to Matt!"
Sesshoumaru finally stopped and turned around. The expression on his face clearly said he was irritated with Jeff's attitude and hysteria. Without a word he stalked up to the young Hardy and first slapped him across the face, before grabbing him by the throat.
"Watch your tone, human, I am tolerant of insolence up to a certain point. Inuyasha may want to kill you but not for your jewel shard. With that attitude of yours, you probably just made him fly into a rage; he has a very short temper, and has no idea how to control his anger."
Sesshoumaru released Jeff with a shove, causing him to fall to the ground, and glared down at him coldly. "Naraku neglected to tell you that he had a hand in Inuyasha killing the one he loved. Naraku took her visual form and attacked Inuyasha so he would think she had betrayed him, and vise versa, when Naraku took Inuyasha's form and attacked the one he loved."
Jeff slowly got up and rubbed his throat. "How do I know you're not just saying that to protect your brother's reputation?"
Sesshoumaru's eyes widened and he almost laughed. "I care not for my brother's reputation."
Rin nodded and said softly to Jeff. "Sesshomaru-sama and Inuyasha-san don't like each other very much...”
"Yeah...?" Jeff gulped and thought to himself. Oh hell... What have we gotten ourselves into here?
"Now that we are done with foolish questions, let us proceed." Sesshoumaru said flatly continuing his way down the road; the others following obediently behind.
Jeff sighed wearily and trailed after the group.
"Jeff-sama, you look tired." Rin looked up at him as he caught up to them. "You should ride Ah-Un."
"Aren't you tired of walking?" Jeff smiled down at her.
"Nah! I'm not tired!" Rin giggled. "But if you're scared I'll ride with you."
Jeff chuckled at the little girl offering to protect him. Then he focused on his own body, which was screaming for him to sit down and rest.
"Okay, I'll take your advice," Jeff grinned.
Rin beamed at him. "Do you need me to stop Ah-Un for you?"
"Let me try hopping on in motion first." Jeff quickened his pace to keep in time with Ah-Un. He placed one hand on the saddle’s pommel and the other hand on the cantle. He concentrated and planned his move out; he imagined it like doing a leg drop over a ladder, a very big ladder. He jumped and straddled his legs slightly in the air and landed on Ah-Un's back with a small thud, enough to cause one of heads to look back and see what was happening.
"Are you okay, Jeff-sama?" Rin looked up at him.
"Fine," Jeff grunted. Though he had done the jump correctly, and was now seated on Ah-Un's back, the area between his legs did not appreciate the landing at all. He swallowed the pain then, held out a hand to Rin. She giggled and took it. In one smooth motion Jeff hoisted her up on to the saddle in front of him.
"Ah-Un is fun to ride!" Rin said merrily.
"Yeah," Jeff nodded. "I can't say I've ever ridden a two headed dragon before."
"You haven't?" Rin looked at him sideways curiously.
"Nah. Dragons don't really live around where I live," Jeff chuckled.
"Where do you live?" Rin prodded with the insatiable curiosity all small children seemed to have.
"North Carolina," Jeff answered honestly, even though he knew she would have no idea where that would be.
"North Carolina?" The purely English words rolled off her tongue awkwardly, which led Jeff to wonder since they were in feudal Japan, how he could speak to and understand these people when he didn't speak a word of Japanese.
Jeff pondered the question for a moment. He guessed it was a power given to him by the jewel, but if that was so how come he could not understand any Japanese before going through the well. Then it hit him, perhaps going through the well some how activated the jewel shard within him to full power. He nodded to himself, it was as logical as everything else going on so he decided to go with it.
Suddenly, Sesshoumaru stopped up ahead, causing Ah-Un to come to an abrupt halt. Jeff reflexively put an arm around Rin's waist to prevent her from falling off the saddle after being jolted forward.
"What is it, Sesshoumaru-sama?" Jaken ran up to the taiyoukai
"Quiet," was the only answer Sesshoumaru gave, before drawing Tenseiga.
"What's going on?" Jeff whispered to Rin.
"Sesshoumaru-sama senses danger," Rin whispered back keeping her eyes on the tai-youkai.
"Yeah....?" Jeff gulped, as the last thing he wanted was more trouble.
Sesshoumaru waited, keeping his eyes and ears alert. There was a rustling sound in the trees off to his left as if someone were running through the underbrush. Sesshoumaru turned fully toward the sound and readied Tenseiga.
“Rin, Jaken, Kohaku, Jeff…” The foreign name slid awkwardly off the demon lord’s tongue, but it did not detract from the seriousness in his voice. “Stay close to Ah-Un.”
"What is it, Sesshoumaru-sama? Jaken asked, though he still obeyed Sesshoumaru's order and had gotten down closer to Ah-Un.
Suddenly, a dragon made of black smoke came flying out of the forest in front of Sesshoumaru. The demon lord lashed out his poisoned whip and hit the dragon directly on. The smoke creature dissipated almost immediately. However, Sesshoumaru still remained alert and on edge, and it was a good thing, for the real attack came from behind.
Sesshoumaru spun just in time to deflect a swipe from a huge scythe. The owner of the scythe jumped back and readied to strike again, and it was then that Sesshoumaru and the others got a good look at him. He stood about a head taller than Sesshoumaru, his raven hair and the rim of his hat shading his eye from view, and his arms were covered in tattoos of an intricate design with dragons and demons.
"Who are you to dare attack this Sesshomaru?" the youkai lord demanded coldly.
"My name is of no consequence to someone who is about to rest in peace," the attacker's deep gravelly voice answered, with an equally icy calm. "So you may know me as your Undertaker."
"This Sesshomaru has no intentions of dying at the hands of something as pathetic as you!" Sesshoumaru growled, and swung Tenseiga, throwing a Meidou at his opponent.
The "Undertaker" responded by swinging his scythe and opened a meidou of his own, the air in front of him opening like a mouth, swallowing Sesshoumaru's meidou sphere, before shutting again.
"He has a meidou too!" Jaken squawked, terrified.
"But his is different," Kohaku rasped, looking on at the fight between the two youkai. "His doesn't move like Sesshoumaru-sama’s, it's more like a defensive maneuver, a shield to absorb attacks."
The Undertaker spun, slashing across with his scythe again, knocking Sesshoumaru's sword from his hand. The Undertaker went in for the kill, but in his haste he only held the scythe in one hand. Sesshoumaru grabbed Taker's arm and stopped the slashing motion. The claws of the demon lord sunk into the flesh of the scythe bearer's arm, releasing their poison.
The Undertaker hissed as the poison seared his skin, and glared at youkai lord with eyes as dark as the abyss of the netherworld. He brought his other fist up to punch Sesshoumaru in the face. Sesshoumaru jumped away and lashed out again with his whip, knocking the scythe out of the other youkai's hand.
Sesshoumaru spotted Tenseiga and snatched it up, raising it to call on another meidou. Suddenly, a steel chain with a hook on the end of it lashed out from the forest and wrapped around the arm holding Tenseiga. Holding on to the other end of the chain, was a powerful looking opponent, who was almost as broad as he was tall. His eyes were two different colors; one black and one gray, and his sadistic grin revealed gleaming fangs. He had every appearance of being a full-blood youkai, but unlike Sesshoumaru, and his opponent the Undertaker, who had pointed elfin ears, the large youkai's ears were round like a human's.
"Kane!" the Undertaker called to the man holding the chain. "He has only one arm, hold him fast."
"I've got him, 'Taker!" Kane called back, as Taker went to grab his scythe.
"Oh no! Sesshoumaru-sama!" Rin cried.
"You two guard Rin!" Jaken ordered. "I'm going to help Sesshoumaru-sama."
The toad youkai gathered up his courage and his fire staff and dashed toward the Undertaker.
"How dare you fight the noble Sesshoumaru-sama in such an underhanded way!" Jaken raised his fire staff at the menacing figure. "You shall pay!"
The head on the staff opened its mouth and out spewed a ball of flame that quickly enveloped the Undertaker.
"TAKER!" Kane screamed, his face a mask of horror for a brief second, but then it was replaced by rage. Black stripes streaked across his face, the marks of a youkai.
A low frustrated growl rumbled from Sesshoumaru. "So you are a Hanyou...What makes you think you can defeat me...?"
A twisted grin spread across Kane's face. "A hanyou who has slaughtered many a full-blood." Frowning, he spat, "And you will be the next for hurting my brother!"
"That's right; you should not doubt Kane's abilities so quickly," the Undertaker's deep gravelly voice came from within the flames. Suddenly the fire turned into steam that quickly dissipated into the air. The Undertaker stood with thin streams of steam coming off his body, but otherwise unharmed. "Nor should you doubt mine."
Jaken squawked in shock and terror. "He dissapated my flame as if it were nothing!"
"Foolish toad. We hail from a land so cold fire never burns," Taker explained with a deadly calm, before turning his attention back to Sesshoumaru.
Unbeknownst to the demons, Jeff Hardy had been slipping closer to the battle scene. His mind raced, trying to come up with the best way to attack Kane and hopefully free Sesshoumaru's arm from the chain. He spotted a big tree near where Kane was standing, and decided the "Whisper in the Wind" move was his best bet. He dashed towards the tree trying to get as much speed and momentum as he could. Using the tree as a launch pad he pushed off and twisted his body so his back would take the brunt of the impact. He bashed into Kane's side, and his elbow caught Kane's neck. The hanyou fell, letting go of the chain in the process. It was enough to loosen the chain and set Sesshoumaru's arm free just in time to deflect another strike from the Undertaker's scythe.
Jeff slowly pulled himself up, still recovering from the wind being knocked out of him from the impact of crashing into Kane. The young Hardy barely managed to get himself standing, only to discover Kane was already on his feet. The large hanyou grabbed Jeff by the throat and slammed him back down to the ground. Kane pulled Jeff to his feet again by his hair, and glared at him. Suddenly a look of surprise came across Kane's face and he focused on the young Hardy with his grey eye.
"Taker!" Kane called over to his older brother, and spoke in their native Siberian language, so Sesshoumaru would not hear. "Taker! It's one of the three Naraku wants."
Taker stopped his intended his attack on Sesshoumaru, instead choosing to leap and flip over Sesshoumaru's head. Once the Undertaker had put himself between his younger brother and Sesshoumaru, he pulled his scythe back ready to swing it again, except he held back for a few seconds and the blade began to glow a dark purple. Taker swung the scythe releasing the energy toward Sesshoumaru. As the purple wave passed over the ground in the youkai lord's direction, every plant and animal it passed over shriveled up and died instantly.
Sesshoumaru raised Tenseiga. When the death wave hit, Tenseiga formed a shield, protecting Sesshoumaru from the attack, until purple wave dissolved.
Meanwhile, Taker jogged over to Kane, who had now pulled Jeff into a headlock. "Is he one of them?"
"Yeah." Kane grinned. "Him and that one." He pointed to Kohaku.
Kohaku curled protectively around Rin and backed closer to Ah-Un when he saw the attention of the two demons turn to them. Suddenly, the one with the scythe charged toward them. Kohaku pushed Rin behind him and readied his kusarigama.
Finally Tenseiga managed to absorb and dispel the deadly wave and Sesshoumaru rushed to intercept Taker. The Undertaker spotted the youkai lord out of the corner of his eye and turned to unleash another death wave.
Kohaku took advantage of the Undertaker's attention change, and hurled the scythe end of his kusarigama at the dark youkai.
Taker grunted as the kusarigama lodged its self into his back just as he was launching his attack. As the direction of the wave was thrown off, Sesshoumaru was able to open a partial meidou to absorb the attack without the worry of hitting the other members of his party with it.
The Undertaker pulled the kusarigama out of his back with another grunt. He looked at Sesshoumaru briefly, before throwing the kusarigama at Rin. The girl shrieked as the weapon came at her, fortunately Sesshoumaru's reflexes were quick and in an instant he was in front of her, deflecting the kusarigama away with Tenseiga. However, Rin was not the real target.
Kohaku breathed in relief when Sesshoumaru saved Rin, but in his concern for her, he failed to notice the dark youkai behind until it was too late. The Undertaker grabbed Kohaku's arm and began dragging him toward Kane, who still had a hold on Jeff.
"Let me go!" Kohaku growled struggling to get free from Taker's iron grip.
Sesshoumaru hesitated, he cared nothing for Kohaku, but Rin's attachment to him made the youkai lord want to act. However, his decision was made for him, when the Hirakotsu of the demonslayer Sango flew seemingly out of nowhere and struck the Undertaker on the shoulder, forcing him to let go of Kohaku.
Out of the sky, the giant cat Kirara flew down with Sango, Miroku, and Matt Hardy riding atop her back. Inuyasha ran not far behind, carrying Kagome piggy-back style. She had her bow out and ready.
“What the hell is going on here?” Matt Hardy whispered to himself when he caught sight of the Undertaker and Kane. He wondered if they were like Batista, ancestors of the men he knew in the present day. Either way, they had Jeff in their grasp and he was not about to leave his little brother hanging.
Matt gauged the distance from the back of Kirara to Kane below. It was no higher than one the ladders they used in their ladder matches. Matt sung his other leg over, so both legs were on the same side of Kirara.
He took a deep breath and push off, as he fell he got his body in position for a leg drop. Fortunately Kane was distracted by watching his brother face down the priestess and the other hanyou, so he didn’t look up until it was too late. Matt nailed Kane in the face with his leg, knocking the large Hanyou over, making him let go of Jeff.
“Jeff!” Matt ran over to his brother and hauled him to his feet. “Come on!” He pushed Jeff in front in the direction of Inuyasha and the others.
Suddenly, from the ground, Kane lashed out with his chain. As it wrapped around his ankle, Matt felt his leg being jerked out from under him, but instead of landing on his face, somehow he managed to land with his arms taking the brunt of the force. “Run Jeff!”
“Taker!” Kane shouted, getting up and beginning to reel Matt in. “I’ve got the other one!”
Jeff grabbed Matt’s arm in order to prevent him from being pulled closer to Kane. However, he was knocked away by a backhand from the Undertaker. This allowed Kane to pull Matt in completely, grab him by his hair and pull him into a secure headlock. Taker went to grab Jeff as well, but Inuyasha got in the way, brandishing Tessaiga. “Not so fast, Asshole!”
Undertaker took a step back and looked around, taking in just how much he and Kane were outnumbered. Taker backed up toward Kane. Not taking his eyes off his opponents he whispered in his and Kane’s native language. “Let's go. We have one, the other will follow. And so will they.”
Kane nodded and the two youkai brother’s raised their arms toward the sky, and when they brought them down, fire and smoke erupted from the ground. When the smoke cleared the youkai undertaker and his brother were gone, but so was Matt…
I like it, I can't wait to find out what happens next. I hate midterms too. I've actually got finals coming up and I'm pretty sure they'll suck just as bad as, or even worse than, the midterms. Blech! They're horrible!

The one thing I really liked was Sess's ability to tell that bones were broken due to the scent of the marrow. I thought that was a great way to describe that ability.
Yeah, I was trying to think of a way that Sessh could tell that Jeff's bones had been broken, and also inform the audience that had happened. Then I figured that since bone marrow is sealed inside healthy bone, if the bone were broken then the marrow would be exposed and thus Sessh could pick up on the scent.
